When will you ship my order?

Our team works very hard to ensure all orders are shipped within two working days (48h).

Can I track my shipment?

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse and is handed over to our courier , you will receive confirmation via email or on the logistics tracking link on our website, including the tracking details.

When can I start using my product ?

Depending on how far your order has to travel, it may take up to 5-15 working days for your shipment to arrive.

What are the shipping costs?

We ship worldwide without any costs!

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship globally. Unfortunately, there are a few destinations we cannot (yet) ship to.  However, thanks to our extensive network of major resellers, chances are very high that one of your local retailers also offers our products.

How can I return my goods?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a refund. You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you received your order.
